1. Start the Conversation
A free 30-minute intro video call
We'll connect briefly to hear your heart, explore your ministry context, and consider how I might be able to come alongside of you.
Come with whatever questions you're carrying—this is a no-pressure space to start a dialogue.
2. Vision Meeting
A 90-minute collaborative session (virtual or in-person) to dream, discern, and define your next season. Cost: $250
We’ll talk more through your team and context, your frustrations, hopes, and goals. You’ll walk away with clear next steps and insight around where God might be leading.
We will have a guided conversation with strategic prompts, a chance to name pain points and priorities, and you'll receive a written summary with prayerfully suggested next steps.

Based on our Vision Meeting, I’ll send tailored recommendations—including service options that match your context and budget. Again, no pressure—just clear, informed steps.
Think of this as your ministry roadmap, designed to help you move forward with purpose and peace.

You’ll choose what feels right—a one-time service, a monthly rhythm, or something in between. I’ll send a simple agreement, and we’ll finalize the details together.
This isn’t about choosing a product—it’s about shaping a partnership that fits your season of ministry.

Together, we'll launch into your next season with intention and flexibility, whether through coaching, team training, or something more hands-on.
We’ll pay attention to what’s bearing fruit and celebrate the impact of intentionality.
And Beyond! The Journey Continues
Ministry moves in seasons, and coaching can do the same. As your church or team grows or changes, we can adapt together.
We’ll check in at natural moments and ask: What’s working? What’s next?
Many leaders choose to stay connected through ongoing partnership— coaching rhythms, special events, quarterly planning, etc. The door stays open as we continue to labor together, however that may look.
