Here are some common questions that leaders have about coaching or other kinds of support for their ministries.
What happens on the free intro call?
In Step 1, we’ll connect briefly on Zoom, and you'll get to share your story as we explore how we might partner together. It’s a no-pressure space to ask questions, learn more about Consider Coaching, and see if moving to Step 2 in our Process feels right.
What’s included in the Vision Meeting? Is it also free?
In Step 2, you’ll receive a 90-minute collaborative session designed to help identify priorities, name pain points, and clarify your current season. Afterward, you’ll receive a written summary with tailored recommendations for your next season of ministry.
The Vision Meeting is a $250 investment — this covers both our time together and the prayerful, personalized follow-up created for your church or context.

Do I have to commit after the Vision Meeting?
Not at all. You’ll receive clear next step ideas with no pressure or requirement to choose anything. No matter if you want to move forward or pause, Step 3 of our Process allows flexibility to decide when and how to move forward.
Do you only work with pastors and worship leaders?
I serve worship leaders, pastors, and teams—depending on what is needed. We can tailor the process to fit your structure. I also work with non-staff leaders, volunteers, and musicians (as individuals or in groups). Anyone with a heart to grow and serve.

What if we don’t have a big budget?
I work with churches of all sizes and offer flexible pricing and sliding scale options when needed. Let’s talk—we’ll try to find a path that fits.
Visit our Contact Page to connect.
How do we pay for services?
For the Vision Meeting, you’ll be able to pay via a secure online link through Calendly/Stripe when you reserve a spot.
Other services will be invoiced, and you can pay online or through other common methods as preferred (Zelle, Venmo, check, etc.).
Can we combine services or build something custom?
Absolutely. Every church is different. Once we talk through your context, we will find the custom blend of coaching, training, and hands-on help that you need.

Is this only for churches in Colorado?
Nope! While Consider Coaching is based in Denver, CO, virtual partnerships are also available as I work with churches across the U.S. and beyond. Thanks to Zoom and other online tools, we can connect from anywhere—and I also travel for in-person events when needed (where accommodations are covered).
What kinds of things do you coach on?
Worship culture, spontaneous flow, leadership development, Planning Center systems, vocal and band training, team unity, and more.

What if I need administrative support?
Absolutely! Some of the services we list include Planning Center system setup, team scheduling support, and assistance with music production tools like Ableton and Playback.

How do I know which services are right for my church?
You don’t need to know that upfront. Our Process helps identify that. Step 2 (the Vision Meeting) is where we name goals, challenges, and priorities—then we talk through the recommended best path forward, with options to scale as needed.
Are you available to just lead at our church/event yourself?
Yes! I’m happy to serve as a guest worship leader, or as a one-time visit if that fits your need. But even more than that, one of the main goals of Consider Coaching is to be able to raise up leaders from within local churches and pour into others with longevity of relationship in mind.
As stated elsewhere, "This isn’t simply about doing something for you but walking with you into what God is already doing and wants to do."

So, are you a consultant for churches?
That depends on who you ask! In church ministry, coaching and consulting often overlap — but there’s a meaningful distinction.
Consultants typically focus on systems, structures, and strategies: helping churches design programs, budgets, and organizational processes. Coaches, on the other hand, focus on people — helping leaders grow in clarity, confidence, and character.
At Consider Coaching, our work leans more toward the coaching side: walking alongside pastors, worship leaders, and teams to develop both their heart and their habits. Of course, because people build systems, we care about both. When we strengthen leaders, healthy systems usually follow.
