Worship Team Culture Assessment

Helping worship leaders and pastors name where their team is spiritually, relationally, and practically to gain a clear sense of where God may be inviting growth.

This includes gathering insight, worship team 'pulse checks', conversations around leadership, and a written summary of patterns, encouragements, and actionable next steps.

Ideal for ministries navigating transition, growth, or team dynamics that need fresh perspective.

Prayer Room Development

Helping establish or strengthen rhythms for sacred spaces that host God’s presence for ongoing encounter, intercession, and intimacy with the Lord. Jesus said Himself, “My house will be called a house of prayer.” (Isaiah 56:7/Matthew 21:13). We believe that every local church can embody this calling in a sustainable way, grounded in community, and led by Him.

Full Team Training (Worship + Tech)

SPEAKING & ENCOURAGEMENT

Focus: Offering biblical encouragement and practical insights for leaders at retreats, conferences, and other gatherings.

Conferences & Retreats

Available to share at leadership gatherings, retreats, and conferences—bringing encouragement and equipping for leaders, teams, and students. Sessions are crafted to fit the setting and focus on clarity, vision, and practical application.

MUSICAL LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT

Focus: Hands-on involvement — worship leadership, MD, musical support

Guest Worship Leading*

Leading solo, with your team, or a brought-in team—facilitating Spirit-led worship environments marked by intentionality, collaboration, and sensitivity to your context. Church services, events, conferences, small gatherings, team nights, etc.

Music Directing & Worship Team Support

Working with teams on how to listen to one another, lead together, and play to the moment. Offering MD (Music Director) experience, training for growing music directors, and hands-on support for live worship with teams (filling in on vocals, keys, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar).

An MD’s role is to help the band create a bed of trust and musical confidence for those leading worship—ministering to the Lord while serving the room. This happens through clear cues, sensitivity to the flow of service, and steady leadership that helps every team member feel confident, supported, and free to worship.

Instrument & Vocal Workshops

Role-specific training for core worship instruments (bass, electric/acoustic guitar, keys, vocals, drums), with a focus on heart posture, teamwork, and spiritual growth—not just technical skill.

Each track features a collaboration with a head coach and a skills coach (i.e. guitar, bass, drums, keys, vocals) to provide both spiritual and musical mentoring. Songwriting & Recording

Growing in your personal or team songwriting rhythms, co-writing, producing, hosting writing camps or retreats, unto developing the unique voice of your church.

I believe every church has the ability and capacity (and invitation!) to write their own songs for their congregations, in line with the call that God has for their community as a witness to their city and region.
