Based in Denver, Colorado, Consider Coaching exists to support worship leaders, ministries, and churches through hands-on coaching, leadership development, team building, and spiritual mentorship. We are a growing network of creatives committed to serving the local and global Church with clarity, care, and Jesus-centered relationships.
While I (Orin) lead much of Consider Coaching, I’m grateful not to have to lead in isolation. For the past 20+ years, I have had the opportunity to regularly collaborate with many churches, pastors, creatives, and ministry leaders across various denominations and faith expressions across the U.S. and beyond. I continue to lead worship and consult alongside other worship leaders, musicians, sound engineers, songwriters, and producers, each bringing their own unique giftings and callings, as we co-labor in the kingdom of God, joining Jesus in building His Church until He returns.
Consider Coaching is built on relationships, not just resources or models.
Our goal in everything we do is to strengthen worship leaders and local congregations while also honoring the broader vision of the global Church.

My background includes leading congregational worship and directing bands as a musician in structured and spontaneous worship environments across diverse church cultures — as a volunteer, guest, contractor, or full-time staff member. My passion is to see leaders raised up who walk confidently in their unique giftings, in spaces where taking risks is safe and feedback is both honest and edifying. My ability to understand and adapt to your church’s culture—while still believing for more of what God has—helps steward what’s already been built while encouraging vision for what could be. My heart is for nurturing the relationship between pastors, worship leaders, their teams, and congregations, helping to strengthen the bridges that connect us all.
This isn’t simply about doing something for you but walking with you into what God is already doing and wants to do. As we translate vision, build culture, and develop leaders, worship communities are encouraged, equipped, and empowered to grow in authenticity and fruitfulness.
